Refund Policy:
Cancellation:
In case the cancellation happened, the following scale of charges will be applied:
- Cancellation fees / For a booking of 3 people or less :
No cancellation fee if the booking is canceled at more than 48 hours before tour time. - Cancellation fees / For a booking of 4 people or more:
-Cancellation 30 days or more before departure : 10% fee (Service fee).
-If between 15 and 29 days before departure : 25% cancellation fee.
-If between 3 and 14 days before departure : 50% cancellation fee.
-If between 2 days and departure time : The total price is due. - 3.If your booking is for less than 3 people, you can amend your booking until 48 hours before your tour starts, without extra fee, if we have the availability. If less than 48-hour notice, there will be a 50% modification fee. If you have a booking for 3 people or more and you’d like to amend the date of your tour, please contact our office.
All cancellations have to be either by phone () or addressed to .
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Morocco. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.
Children Policy:
Policy 1: For Packages
- Under 2 years old: free of charge
- Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an individual
- Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
- All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Policy 2: For Sightseeing Tours
- Under 6 years old: free of charge
- Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
- All children 12 or older are considered adults.
Refund:
- A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.
- No refunds are possible for No-Show.
